Staying at this hotel was a great experience! The rooms are just as pictured on the website – new, clean, and stylish, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was excellent, especially thanks to Ms. Hoa at reception who was always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the charming old quarter but on a quiet side street. The dining was simple yet good value for money. Overall, a fantastic choice for a trip to Hanoi!
